If I have provided a pre-authorized amount above, work may proceed up to that amount without further contact. Otherwise, no work will be completed without my approval. I grant permission to operate my vehicle on highways or elsewhere for testing and/or inspection purposes. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of repairs. Sylvan Lake AUTOPRO Inc. is not responsible for unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments beyond our control. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your vehicle, Sylvan Lake AUTOPRO Inc. is not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, weather damage, or any other loss or damage caused by events beyond our control while your vehicle is on our premises.
